Tips for Walking Tours
Tips for walking tours
The summer sun will entice you to visit the allergy-free, high-altitude locations of the Nockberge. The National Park is just crying out to be explored! Its unique flora and fauna, the geological highlights such as the “Rote Burg” (red mountain) and rustic alpine huts all invite you to get to know them better. Here you will see a shy roe deer passing quickly by, there you will hear a marmot whistling, and again and again the calls of many different species of birds will sound out. In autumn you can escape the seas of fog here and enjoy the sun’s rays.
